Industries & applications
Cells built around your process
We focus on manufacturers adding one or a few robot cells, or upgrading cells they already run. The application decides the controls work; the industry decides the constraints.
Applications
| Application | What we handle | Typical focus |
|---|---|---|
| Welding | Robot and positioner coordination, weld schedules in recipes, fume and arc-flash guarding. | Fixture repeatability, seam tracking |
| Palletizing | Pattern generation on the HMI, conveyor and stretch-wrapper interlocks, layer-sheet handling. | Pattern changeover, pallet zone safety |
| Machine tending | Load and unload of CNC and presses with door, chuck and spindle handshakes to the machine controller. | Operator access during loading |
| Assembly | Multi-step sequences with part presence checks, torque and press-fit data logged per part. | Error-proofing, traceability |
| Dispensing | Bead path programming, flow control and cure timing tied to robot speed. | Consistent bead at corners |
| Vision inspection | Camera triggering, pass/fail routing and image storage linked to part serials. | Lighting, reject handling |

-
Something else?
If a robot can do the task safely, we can assess it. Describe your process.
Upgrading cells you already run
Older cells often keep running on programs nobody documented. We can take them over: back up and document the existing programs, replace aging controllers, add vision or sensors, and connect them to remote care.
Cells built to earlier standards don't need to be recertified automatically, but new cells and significant modifications should follow the 2025 editions of ISO 10218 and ANSI/A3 R15.06. We include that review in every retrofit assessment.
- Program backup and documentation of existing cells
- Controller and HMI upgrades
- Safety review and guarding updates
- Adding vision, sensors or a second robot
- Connecting legacy cells to monitoring
